Swanton Corn Festival kicks off funding for village stray cat program

SWANTON, Ohio — The Swanton Corn Festival Committee will support a new initiative aimed at managing the village’s stray cat population.

During this week’s council meeting, the festival committee announced it is donating $2,500 to help launch a program to safely and humanely catch feral cats.
