Dale Warner: Michigan Tank Murder Case Verdict Arrives

A court in Michigan found Dale Warner guilty of killing his wife Dee. The crime that occurred in April of 2021 concluded after the jury decided on his guilt. Largely circumstantial evidence clearly outweighed the possibility of his innocence. Read on to find out what happens next.

Guilty On Two Counts

Before the jury gave their verdict, the judge went into a lot of detail warning about intimidation of witnesses. The case that aired on Law&Crime Trialsinvolved two charges, and the jury found Dale guilty on both counts.

One was for murder in the second degree and the other for tampering with evidence. None of the jury dissented when they called out the guilty verdict one by one for court records.

Next, the court set the date for sentencing. That will take place on May 7 at 8:15 a.m. There was a lot of discussion about potentially delaying it until June. However, the case already had setbacks. Still, every legal case ends up concluding sooner or later.
