WOOD COUNTY, Ohio — I-280 remains closed in both directions in Lake Township Friday night, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation’s traffic tracker, after a semi truck crashed into the concrete median in the evening.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the semi driver was heading south on the interstate when he lost control and hit the wall around 6:43 p.m. The semi’s cabin became stuck on the wall and both ends of the semi caused blockages on both directions of the interstate.
