TOLEDO, Ohio — Call 11 for Action is a consumer help initiative designed to assist viewers who are struggling to resolve issues with businesses, services or organizations. From billing disputes to unanswered customer service complaints, our goal is simple: Help people find answers.
And we’re inviting members of our community to be part of the solution.
What volunteers will do
Volunteers will assist by reviewing viewer submissions and making phone calls to businesses or organizations in an effort to get answers for the people who reach out to us for help.
In many cases, simply asking questions and connecting with the right person can help resolve issues quickly.
