TOLEDO, Ohio — A documentary short featuring former WTOL 11 reporter Steve Hartman took home one of Hollywood’s top honors Sunday night.
“All the Empty Rooms” won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Film at the 98th Academy Awards.
