The Perrysburg schools Board of Education has narrowed its superintendent candidate pool from six to two.
Following back-to-back meetings last week, the board selected Michael Acomb, director of business and personnel for Solon City Schools and Jason Tidmore, executive director of social emotional learning at Cleveland Metropolitan School District as its finalists. The board will hold final interviews at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in a closed door session.
District officials said on their website Monday the interviews would include members of “a facilitated stakeholder panel” of community representatives to provide input. Board members will make their final selection based on reference checks and “demonstrated leadership experience aligned with the needs of Perrysburg Schools.”…
