BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — A Wood County grand jury on Thursday indicted four men for allegedly assaulting an Amazon worker outside of the company’s Rossford facility last month.
Javian Dildy, 22; Shemar Dildy, 20; Nathaniel Ward, 28; and Jeron Phillips, 19, were each indicted on one second-degree charge of felonious assault for allegedly causing serious injuries to Cobe Gaston, 21, in the Feb. 28 incident.
Javian was released on bond last week, while Shemar, Ward and Phillips were all ordered to be released from incarceration on Thursday…
