TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Residents along Talmadge Road between Sulgrave Drive and McGregor Lane say they have been asking Toledo Edison to fix streetlights damaged by crashes for many months.
Gloria Sheppard said she has called repeatedly about the issue.
