The man facing capital charges for the death of Kei’mani Latigue is competent to participate in his criminal defense, a forensic psychologist hired by his lawyers has told them.
Judge Michael Goulding accepted the report from Columbus-based Shannon Porter regarding Darnell Jones’ competency Friday afternoon in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
