Ten people are without a home on Saturday after a fire at Ravine Park Village in east Toledo.
A battalion chief with Toledo Fire and Rescue says the fire started on the first-floor of an apartment around 7:45 p.m.
The chief says there was heavy damage to that apartment as well as smoke and water damage to an adjacent apartment. Both apartments were deemed unlivable after the fire…
