TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Five children are with family after police say they were living in what officers called terrible conditions.
Police say two of those children were found wandering outside alone and without proper clothing for the weather over the weekend on Kenilworth Street.
It started just after midnight Saturday on Kenilworth. Officers found two young children outside alone, wandering the streets. Police took them back to their home, and that’s when they discovered how all five children were living…
