TOLEDO, Ohio — A man convicted of aggravated murder for the fatal shooting of a 70-year-old man in December was sentenced Monday to 25 years to life in prison.
Marcus Vice, 22, pleaded guilty earlier this month to the charge. Other charges of murder, robbery and assault were dropped as part of the plea agreement.
