The City of Toledo has issued a public notice reminding all property owners, operators, and agents that they must keep their land free of garbage, junk, litter, and other nuisance conditions under Chapter 1725 of the Toledo Municipal Code. This includes both private lots and the unpaved portions of public rights-of-way.
