BLUFFTON, Ohio — A Toledo man died Saturday morning when his vehicle was struck by a tractor-trailer at the Allen-Hancock county line, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
Lawrence Morris, Sr., 62, of Toledo, was southbound on County Road 15 when he failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by a semi driven by Andrew Skiles, 54, of Rochester, Ind., which was westbound on U.S. 30, entering Richland Township, the patrol said.
Mr. Morris died at the scene. His passenger, Lawrence Morris III, 15, of Toledo, suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital…
