TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo-area union has filed two federal labor complaints alleging workers were fired for attempting to organize a union at a local manufacturing facility.
United Auto Workers Local 14 filed the charges against ValuePoint Material Solutions, a company on West Alexis Road, according to filings with the National Labor Relations Board.
