TOLEDO, Ohio — A man is hospitalized with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene Friday night in north Toledo.
Toledo police responded to the 900 block of Lagrange Street, near Champlain Street, just after 10 p.m., following reports of a pedestrian being struck. Police determined that a 41-year-old man was walking east across the street when he was struck by a southbound vehicle.
