TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo Fire and Rescue crews, as well as Toledo Edison crews, responded to the scene of an electrical substation fire in central Toledo Tuesday morning, an incident that left 6,000 customers without power.
Crews responded to the substation located at the intersection of North Detroit and Council around 8 a.m.
