TOLEDO, Ohio — Three employees at ValuePoint Material Solutions, a supplier inside the GM plant on West Alexis Road, said they were fired just days before a scheduled union vote, claiming retaliation for their union organizing efforts.
The UAW Local 14 has filed complaints with the National Labor Relations Board in Cleveland, seeking to have the employees reinstated.
