TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The smells, the traffic, the noise, and of course, the sinkhole. These were all topics of discussion for city leaders and residents living around the Arlington Avenue construction that’s now extended until 2028.
Residents had a chance to speak with construction and city leaders and ask their questions face-to-face during an open house meeting.
