TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The third suspect in a March 18 assault that resulted in a fractured orbital bone for the victim was arrested Wednesday night.
Lewis Hart, 21, was taken into custody April 1 around 10 p.m.
He’ll be arraigned this morning.
Christian Hart, 25, was arrested on March 28 and had his bail set at $75,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for him on April 6.
Feliz Hernandez, 24, was also arrested on March 28. His bail was set at $50,000 with a preliminary hearing set for April 10.
