TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police said a Westlake man caused a collision with a dump truck Wednesday after running a red light.
Usef Zayed, 25, was traveling southbound in a box truck at 10:19 a.m. on Expressway Drive when officers said he ran a red light and struck a City of Toledo dump truck traveling on Lagrange Street, according a an incident report.
Officers believe the dump truck driver had minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. Toledo firefighters were on scene to investigate a diesel leak, which they determined posed no HAZMAT danger…
