The Ohio State Highway Patrol Bowling Green Post is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash that occurred today (April 4) at approximately 4:49 p.m. at the intersection of Five Point Road and Lime City Road.
A 2018 Ford four-door driven by Brooke Tabbert, 30, of Oak Harbor, was traveling eastbound on Five Point Road and failed to yield at the stop sign at Five Point Road and Lime City Road.
