The Lenawee Department on Aging invites all caregivers to join us for our next Caregiver Support Group on Monday, May 4 at 2:00 PM at Daybreak Adult Day Services, located at 327 Erie Street in Adrian.
This month’s session will be facilitated by Kathy Johnston Betzoldt, M.A., L.P.C., and will explore the topic: “Dealing With Difficult Behaviors.” Throughout the session, Kathy will share professional insight and real-life examples to help attendees recognize common triggers, better understand underlying causes, and learn practical communication and de-escalation strategies. The focus will be on responding with confidence rather than reacting emotionally, setting healthy boundaries, and reducing stress in difficult moments.
