44-year-old man arrested for shooting person in face with pellet gun

FRENCHTOWN TWP., MI – A 44-year-old man was arrested Friday evening for shooting a person in the face with a pellet gun.

Police were called around 2:30 p.m. May 1 for a report of someone being shot near Lauren Drive and Huntington Drive in Frenchtown Township, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said in a release. The area is in the Kimberly Estates Mobile Home Community.

Police found a person had been shot in the face with a pellet gun. They were taken to the hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening…
