TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man was arrested Friday night for allegedly setting a car on fire in April.
David Stoner, 48, is accused of pouring ignitable liquid from a gas can on the car on April 23 around 2:15 a.m. outside of a home on the 700 block of Vinton Street, according to court filings.
