MAUMEE, Ohio — Martina Esqueda Jones, 29, is set to be sentenced later this month after pleading guilty to her involvement in a Red Roof Inn hotel kidnapping case.
Jones is one of the six people charged with involvement in the case. After appearing in court on Thursday, Jones withdrew her previous plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty to:
- 1 count of Kidnapping: A felony of the First Degree.
- 2 Counts of Felonious Assault: felonies of the Second Degree.
She was found guilty of all charges by the court.
Jones will have the counts of tampering with evidence and an additional charge of felonious assault dropped by the court when she is set to be sentenced on May 18th at 1 P.M…
