(WJW) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol has scheduled statewide OVI checkpoints for a second night.
The patrol announced Friday, May 15, that five Northeast Ohio counties would be included.

Similar checkpoints were set up across the state on Thursday night.
According to the patrol, checkpoints are scheduled at the following locations and times:
- Sandusky County: Rawson Avenue from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Lorain County: 1101 Lake Ave. from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Stark County: 1701 Mahoning Road NE from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Ashtabula County: U.S. Route 20 at State Road from 10 p.m. to midnight
- Trumbull County: Elm Road south of North River Road from 9 p.m. to midnight
