TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Zepf Center celebrated 10 years of its Safety Net runaway shelter for youth with a backyard party Thursday to honor the work staff have done over the past decade.
Samuel Sharef III, a youth leader at the Zepf Center, has spent 10 years with the organization. In that time, he said staff have helped him with his mental health and how he chooses to make the most out of every day.
