TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man trying to do a burnout in The Maverick King of Clubs parking lot early Thursday morning crashed and took out the bar’s awning.
13 News’ Mary Coleman spoke with Maverick owner Grant Krueger and confirmed the incident that happened around 2 a.m.
Grant Kruger said a 22-year-old man was driving a late-model Dodge Charger and that the tire marks were left all over the parking lot.
The vehicle took out the awning’s wooden posts, but a construction company came out Thursday morning and repaired the damage. The bar reopened Thursday night…
