TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department is looking for a missing vulnerable teen.
The TPD says 15-year-old Marcus Tessier was last seen this morning, July 24, around 3 a.m. near West Grant Road and North Fairview Avenue.
