TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The suspect from last month’s mass shooting in downtown Tucson was in court on Friday, Aug.7.
David Leroy French, 21, was in court for two different reasons — a probation revocation hearing for a previous aggravated assault case and an arraignment on more than two dozen charges for the mass shooting.
The Tucson Police Department said French shot nine people following a fight outside of Empire Pizza early in the morning on Sunday, July 19.
The TPD said all of the victims are expected to survive, with many released from the hospital days following the shooting…
