TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) -A missing and vulnerable woman has been found safe.
The Tucson Police Department said 73-year-old Mary Ellen Arrebollo was found safe on Aug. 29.
Arrebollo was reported missing on Aug. 28 at approximately 1:30 p.m. She was last seen being dropped off at a bus stop at East Speedway Boulevard and North Alvernon Way…
