TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department arrested a man over the weekend for assaulting a woman in her yard near Himmel Park.
44-year-old Henry Roberts made his initial court appearance Saturday evening, August 29.
He is facing two counts of aggravated assault…
