TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man is facing several charges after nearly gutting a victim during an incident near South 6th Avenue and East 22nd Street in Tucson on Wednesday, Sept. 10.
Apache Bearshadow is facing charges of aggravated assault causing serious physical injury, aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon, and drug possession. He was being held on a $200,000 bond.
According to the interim complaint, the 58-year-old Bearshadow stabbed the victim in the stomach, and the victim’s internal organs were exposed.
Officers had previous run-ins with Bearshadow and were able to track him down quickly. They allegedly found bags of meth in Bearshadow’s backpack…
