A newly completed estate in north Tucson has set a new benchmark for luxury real estate in the area, selling for $8.64 million. Long Realty Company announced the sale of 3569 E. Secret Canyon Place in September, establishing a new record for a residential home sale in the Tucson area. The property is located within The Canyons, a private, guard-gated community.
Built in 2024, the residence encompasses 8,292 square feet on 5.04 acres and features five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The $8.64 million transaction surpasses the previous area residential sales record of $8.5 million, which closed April 25, 2024. It also becomes the seventh area home to sell for more than $5 million.
