TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man made his first court appearance from a hospital bed in connection with a domestic argument that ended with a female being shot.
Isidro Martinez faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm within city limits, discharging at a structure, and being a prohibited possessor.
According to the interim complaint, Martinez arrived at the home September 23 to discuss “ongoing disputes.”…
