TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Friends of Pima Animal Care Center is making a commitment to address affordable veterinary access for Southern Arizona.
The nonprofit has announced a Veterinary Care Legacy Fund launching with $3.1 million in seed funding from an anonymous donor.
