TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Pima County Attorney Laura Conover has hired Paul Skitzki and Nicki DiCampli, two attorneys who were reprimanded for allegedly withholding information in a murder-for-hire plot.
The move is prompting questions from law enforcement and former county attorney Barbara Lawall.
