TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department is investigating a deadly crash near E. Old Vail Road Tuesday morning. TPD says the crash happened just before 9 a.m. Authorities say a woman died at the scene. The crash shut down East Valencia Road South to south Rita Road.
