TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – We have a First Alert Action Night & Day tonight & tomorrow with the threat of strong overnight winds, widespread rain, & substantial mountain snow. The heaviest & most widespread precip will move through the Tucson metro by around 10/11:00 tonight. Scattered showers will persist throughout the day tomorrow. Substantial snow is expected for areas above 6500′, with areas above 8000′ (Ski Valley, Sunrise Park Resort, etc.) receiving over a foot of snow. This system will also drive temps back down to the 50s.
