TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – UPDATE: The Tucson Police Department says a man is dead after a SWAT situation near 350 North Silverbell Road. Police say they responded to reports of a shooting shortly after 8:15 Friday night. They had gotten a report that a man and woman were arguing when the man began shooting. The woman was able to get away safely and the suspect went back into his home.
