TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department is asking for the public’s help searching for a missing vulnerable adult. TPD says Bruce MacBride was last seen near Kolb and Stella. The 78-year-old is 6-foot-2, thin with a full beard. He may be wearing blue jeans and a green shirt.
