TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man tried to smother and break the neck of a woman while robbing her Tucson home last month, according to court documents obtained by 13 News. The Tucson Police Department said 38-year-old Joe Gasca Fernandez was arrested on charges of attempted first-degree murder and robbery.
