Arizona education leader again moves to ban cellphones in classroom

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Superintendent Tom Horne held a news conference Thursday to propose a statewide cellphone ban in classrooms. Horne said that students have become addicted to their cell phones. He claimed that kids are constantly on their phones during school and it makes it extremely hard for teachers to do their job.
