TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man is facing an attempted manslaughter charge following a brutal stabbing at a home near Stone and Mohave in Tucson on Monday, Aug. 26. The Tucson Police Department said Caid Ryan Stough, 23, was arrested following a domestic violence incident involving the mother of his children.
