The Hermitage No-Kill Cat Shelter & Sanctuary and the Marana Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 9 to 10 a.m Friday, Oct. 11. The two organizations, along with stakeholders, are celebrating the completion of an outside mural and backyard terrace project at the Hermitage, 5278 E. 21st Street.
