FIRST ALERT FORECAST – First Alert Action Day Friday due to wind

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – An upper-level low and accompanying cold front will bring strong wind gusts to southern Arizona Friday. A Wind Advisory has been issued for Cochise County between 11 AM to 6 PM Friday with wind gusts up to 50 mph possible. Even outside of the Advisory, wind gusts between 30 to 40 mph and blowing dust are likely. Showers and storms will stay from Pinal County northward through the morning, with the afternoon/early evening passage of the cold front giving us a short window for some moisture in Pima, Santa Cruz, and Cochise Counties.
