TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department is looking for the driver of a vehicle they say hit a woman on a bicycle and then left the scene. The TPD says the crash happened early Saturday morning, October 12, about 3:30 a.m. in the area of Rosemont and Speedway.
