The developer of a sprawling Pima County sports complex has procured a $425 million credit-tenant lease loan to provide construction financing for Phase I of Mosaic Quarter. BWE’s Charleston office originated the credit-tenant lease financing for the development from CTL Capital. Knott Development will be the tenant and developer of Mosaic Quarter. Pima County is the lessee.
