TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The three big changes will be cooler temps, windy conditions, & rain chances. A notch cooler today with highs in the mid-to-upper 70s, with breezy conditions this afternoon. Temps continue to cool this weekend to the mid-low 60s, with a slight chance for rain on Sunday at 20%. A better shot for rain & even some morning snow mixed in Sunday morning out east for places like Willcox & Bisbee.
